- Why do I have to wear clothes under this dress?
- Why is this dress black and not navy blue like my school colors?
- Why am I wearing a dress at all? I’m a man!

Perpetual Questions
Right now I'm at my graduation convocation and, as I march toward the platform to be presented with a folder to hold a piece of paper that says I have answers, I have to admit I still have questions.

Agreed!
ReplyDeleteDid you actually get your "paper"? Most schools give you a fake one and then mail the real deal months later.
ReplyDeleteNo, not actually. The real piece of paper will be mailed to us once our grades and everything are in, but I did get a folder to hold a piece of paper.
ReplyDeleteYeah, those pesky questions can ruin a graduation, huh? But here are my answers:
ReplyDelete1. I wasn't aware that you had to wear clothes under the gown. Oops.
2. The gowns are black instead of blue because someone forgot to wash them. (Sorry you had to learn that now.)
3. You're wearing a dress because those flat hats just don't go well with anything else.
I can't imagine that I helped, but I hope I did.
bwahaha! I like!
ReplyDeleteReputation@Stake, your answers helped me understand a lot... I was wondering why my dress smelled so weird.
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS, about graduating !
ReplyDelete1. To make sure your pants clash horribly with the rest of the ensemble when you see them sticking under the dress.
ReplyDelete2. Black is supposed to be a color that doesn't clash with anything. (See answer above.)
3. So you can know that your classmates aren't laughing at *you*...if not at your dress.

ReplyDeleteHaha! I thought the same thing. My school's colors were red and white. We wore all black. Strange... Congrats on graduating.
